UKZN appoints award-winning researcher Andile Khathi as deputy dean of medical sciences

The University of KwaZulu-Natal has appointed internationally recognised prediabetes researcher and acclaimed educator Professor Andile Khathi as Deputy Dean of the Division of Medical Sciences in its School of Medicine. The appointment follows a string of prestigious teaching and research accolades, including the university's Distinguished Teacher's Award.
