New Delhi: The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has received Meta's response to the government's notice over alleged Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) advertisements on Instagram and is examining it, Information Technology secretary S Krishnan said on Monday. He added that the government would decide its next course of action after reviewing the company's reply.

The ministry had also given the company seven days to explain how such advertisements were allowed to appear on Instagram | India News
