Umluj: Beekeepers in Umluj governorate, Tabuk region, have begun harvesting and extracting samr honey, benefiting from the widespread presence of samr trees across the area’s plains and valleys. Umluj is renowned for its abundant samr trees, scientifically known as Vachellia tortilis, which produce one of the Kingdom’s finest honey varieties. Samr honey production has so far exceeded five tonnes, with harvesting continuing throughout the season. Tabuk’s natural advantages have helped develop the beekeeping and honey production sector.
