RIYADH: UAE low-cost carrier flydubai is set to resume flights to Aleppo after more than 14 years, launching daily direct services to the Syrian city as part of the expansion of its Syrian network. Flights are scheduled to commence on July 20, making Aleppo flydubai’s second destination in Syria alongside the capital, Damascus, according to state news agency WAM. This move reflects flydubai’s commitment to enhancing air connectivity with underserved markets. The airline was the first UAE carrier to resume scheduled flights to Damascus in 2025.
