Women now occupy a record 37 per cent of board positions in Finnish listed companies, according to a new report from the Finland Chamber of Commerce, with every company size category reaching its highest level to date. The annual review found that 84 per cent of listed companies now have balanced representation of men and women on their boards. The increase follows the introduction of a revised Corporate Governance Code recommendation requiring balanced gender representation by 30 June 2026.
