Madlanga Commission hears claims Julius Malema received confidential intelligence from Major-General Feroz Khan

The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has heard evidence that suspended Crime Intelligence head Major-General Feroz Khan allegedly shared confidential information with EFF leader Julius Malema through tobacco executive Mohamed Sayed. Malema has questioned the authenticity of the WhatsApp messages presented to the commission and denied any unlawful conduct, saying he routinely receives information from various sources in his role as a Member of Parliament.
