Floods in China's Guangxi region caused a dam to collapse, releasing many snakes. Hundreds of snakes, including venomous cobras, escaped from a submerged farm in Hengzhou. Authorities declared a state of emergency in Dengwei village as snakes spread through the area. Some residents have reportedly suffered snakebites and are receiving emergency treatment.
