CDHR Petitions Lagos Police To Probe Alleged Kidnap Network, Lawyer, Officer Over Missing Three-Year-Old Boy

The Lagos State branch of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights (CDHR) has petitioned the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Lagos State Police Command, calling for an urgent investigation into the alleged involvement of a man identified as Okuchukwu Ibekwe, an unnamed lawyer, and a police officer popularly known as "Small" over the disappearance of three-year-old Ibrahim Owoduni.
