The evidence was presented during the second day of a preliminary hearing in Provo, Utah, in which prosecutors are trying to convince District Court Judge Tony Graf to bring Tyler Robinson to trial.

Tyler Robinson is charged with aggravated murder in the September 10 shooting death of conservative activist Kirk at Utah Valley University.

Under a judge’s strict rules, a hearing starts July 6. Prosecutors must unveil some evidence against Tyler James Robinson before the case can head to trial.

Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, will appear in Utah court on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Eastern.
