Hydrogen: clean fuel of the future — if we can find a cheap and clean way to ship it

HyCAT is an open-source tool that enables energy users to compare the cost and carbon emissions of their options for shipping clean-burning hydrogen from where it’s made to their site. The tool was designed by a team led by MIT Energy Initiative (MITEI) researchers.
