Two former policemen detained under Goondas Act

Three persons, including former police personnel V. Ponnusamy, 61, of Periyakulam, and M. Nagarathinam, 42, of Dindigul, who were arrested in a kidnap and dacoity case, were detained under the Goondas Act.
