The United States is discussing missile co-production with European allies. Germany and other nations are considering a maintenance facility for Patriot missiles. These projects aim to increase production capacity for American defense giants. High demand for missiles stems from the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Both countries will sign a statement of intent at a NATO forum.

If implemented, both projects could free up capacity at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin factories in the United States and enable the US defense giants to ramp up production at home.

Переговоры касаются производства ракет AIM-120 AMRAAM и создания центра технического обслуживания ракет PAC-3 Patriot.
