Nigerian Engineer Asks Appeal Court To Reverse N152million Refund Judgement, Order Handover Of Luxury Lagos Apartments

A Nigerian-American engineer, Anthony Ehiedu Ugbebor, has approached the Court of Appeal in Lagos to overturn a High Court judgement which ordered a property developer to refund the N152million he paid for two luxury apartments in Victoria Island instead of compelling the developer to hand over the properties. In a Notice of Appeal obtained by SaharaReporters, on Monday, Ugbebor challenged the June 15, 2026 judgement of the Lagos State High Court sitting at Osborne, Ikoyi, presided over by Justice Akingbola George.
