PM Modi highlights India-Indonesia's shared cultural legacy, to visit Prambanan Temple

Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the cultural performances presented during his welcome in Jakarta, Indonesia. He applauded Indonesia's iconic Wayang Kulit shadow puppet depiction of the Ramayana, a Bharatanatyam performance by Indonesian students, and the Buddhist presentation "Homage to the Triple Gem." Calling the performances a reflection of the shared civilisational, cultural and spiritual heritage of India and Indonesia, PM Modi also thanked the Indian diaspora for the warm reception during the first leg of his three-nation Indo-Pacific tour.
