Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has made a late decision to allow pubs across England and Wales to stay open until 5am on Monday for the last-16 match, which kicks off at 1am.

Pubs will be forced to kick punters out at half time when England play Mexico in the early hours of Monday morning, City AM can confirm.
