N3 traffic to shift onto new lanes near Pavilion from July 2 as SANRAL begins widening works

Motorists travelling on the N3 westbound towards Pietermaritzburg should prepare for a temporary change in traffic flow as the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited shifts vehicles onto newly constructed lanes to accommodate road widening works.
