Suspected bandits on Friday invaded Lata Nna, a community in Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State, shooting two residents and blocking the only motorable road leading into and out of the village, leaving the community under siege. Residents told SaharaReporters that the attackers sealed off the community's only access road, effectively trapping villagers inside and preventing the evacuation of the wounded for urgent medical treatment.
