The Nigerian Army has said that its troops of Operation ENDURING PEACE have rescued eight kidnapped victims following a military operation at Pandam Forest in Qua'an Pan Local Government Area of Plateau State, after engaging the suspected kidnappers in a firefight. According to a statement issued on Friday by the Media Information Officer of the Joint Task Force Operation ENDURING PEACE, Captain Chinonso Polycarp Oteh, the operation was carried out by troops of Sector 9 deployed in Namu Town during the early hours of Wednesday, June 24.
