A star from The Pitt has revealed that he has undergone surgery after being diagnosed with cancer. Moshe Kasher, who plays Samuel Jacob in the hit HBO medical drama, revealed in an Instagram post on Sunday (21 June) that he discovered a bump in his throat whilst filming a new movie. Posting a picture of himself with a bandage on his neck, he called the medical ordeal "the most terrifying and consciousness-consuming experience of my life”. He said the procedure has left him with a “hardcore neck scar which will make people reluctant to street fight me”. The 46-year-old ended the post by stating that whilst he was in pain, he is hopeful as the cancer surgery has an “incredibly high” success rate.
