Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran and the United States made "major progress" in talks, with discussions covering oil export restrictions, frozen assets and a possible development plan, according to Iran’s account. Qatar and Pakistan said the two sides agreed on a roadmap for a possible final deal within 60 days after talks in Switzerland.
