The Chairman of the Bauchi State House of Assembly Committee on Budget and Appropriation, Mohammed Wanzam Zaki, representing Sakwa Constituency, has been confirmed dead after a brief illness. The Speaker of the State Assembly, Abubakar Sulaiman, who announced Zaki’s death in a statement issued on Sunday through his spokesman, Mukhtar Garba Kobi, said the lawmaker passed away in the early hours of Sunday in Bauchi.
