Last year I gave Claude Code a process so it would think before it codes. This year I gave it a team: an issue-maintainer that turns ideas into tickets, an orchestrator that writes no code, specialist subagents that build in parallel, and a review gate that drives a cohort of pull requests to merge-ready at once. My job went from writing code to conducting.
