The drugs, with an estimated street value of A$296m (£157m), were detected by Australian Border Force officers in Sydney's Port Botany. Hussen appeared in a Sydney court on Thursday, 18 June, where she was refused bail, and is scheduled to return to court in August. The Australian Federal Police alleged that Hussen supervised the unpacking of a container at a storage facility, and further bags believed to have contained meth were found at her home.
