Ukraine’s allies have announced contributions to NATO’s Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List program for $1 billion at a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, known as the Ramstein group, Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said on Thursday.
