Chicago Saxophonist Walter Parazaider, who played with the band from 1967 until when he was sidelined by Alzheimer's in 2018, is dead at 81.

Walter Parazaider, a saxophonist and founding member of the legendary rock/jazz fusion band Chicago, has died.

The musician passed just after 2AM on Wednesday morning while in hospice after battling Alzheimer's disease for six years, she shared with the site.
