‘Putney pusher’ suspect rearrested over alleged drug possession

Following his arrest for attempted grievous bodily harm related to the 2017 event, the suspect was also arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A and Class B drugs. He has since been released on bail as investigations continue into all the alleged offences. The original incident in May 2017 saw bus driver Oliver Salbris swerve to prevent serious injury to the woman, and the jogger reportedly returned across the bridge 15 minutes later, ignoring the victim. Previous investigations into the case involved interviewing 50 men and arresting three suspects, including an American investment banker, but no charges were ever brought, and the case was closed in 2018.
