NAIROBI: Uganda’s vice president called on Tuesday for countries to lift travel restrictions against Ugandan citizens, saying that his country had controlled Ebola in the current outbreak. “Uganda, although it has had previous epidemics, we would like to state clearly that we have never exported any epidemic.
