JD Vance became the first Republican Vice President to make his appearance on ABC's 'The View', hosted by the seven women who are hostile towards the Donald Trump administration -- aside from Donald Trump's lawsuit against ABC. "It may be the optimist in me, but I just fundamentally think that most people — not everybody, but most people — even if I disagree with them, you ought to try to have a conversation with them," Vance told Fox News on his decision to sit down with Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro to discuss his new book "Communion: Finding My Way Back to Fath".

Tuesday's episode marks the Vice-President's first-ever visit to the daytime talk show.
