The G7 group of leading powers will hold talks on June 16 with President Volodymyr Zelensky on Ukraine with U.S. leader Donald Trump saying that "maybe we can do something" after over four years of war sparked by Russia's full-scale invasion.

U.S. President Donald Trump will participate in a working session with President Volodymyr Zelensky during the G7 summit in France next week.

Zelenskyy and Trump spoke by phone ahead of meeting at the G7 in France.

The latest G7 meeting comes as the Russia-Ukraine war persists and the Iran war appears to be coming to a close.
