Both Mfinda and the 17-year-old have also been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of a knife in a public place, appearing before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court. Mr Shakur's family released a statement describing him as 'a kind soul loved by his family' with 'hopes and dreams for his future,' expressing their profound heartbreak.
