MWL chief warns of AI ethical gaps at Kuala Lumpur conference

LONDON: Sheikh Mohammed Al-Issa, secretary-general of the Muslim World League, opened the “Faith in Light of Science and Contemporary Evidence” conference, which gathered prominent Islamic scholars, researchers and intellectuals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Al-Issa also met young leaders, including university students and researchers from Southeast Asian countries, on Saturday to discuss youth empowerment and future challenges, including ethical gaps in the use of artificial intelligence.
