Third TMC Rajya Sabha MP quits in four days as post-poll turmoil deepens

Trinamool Congress Rajya Sabha MP Prakash Chik Baraik has resigned from the Upper House and the party. He joins two other MPs who resigned recently. Baraik stated he wants to work with Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari. Meanwhile, Shatrughan Sinha and Babul Supriyo reasserted their loyalty to Mamata Banerjee. Pratima Mondal denied reports of being a rebel.
