Operatives of the Obalende Division of the Ogun State Police Command have foiled an alleged plot to kidnap a Chinese national and extort a ransom of ₦50 million, arresting two suspected conspirators while launching a manhunt for another accomplice who remains at large. The police identified the arrested suspects as Chinedu Onwuemena, 41, and Jimoh Ojo, 37.
