A rep for Combs denied the allegations in the lawsuit, which comes as the mogul is serving more than four years in prison following his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs’ spokesperson Juda Engelmayer called the allegations “false and ridiculous” in a statement to Forbes.
