According to the suit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, the unnamed plaintiff, who had been working as a child actor since 2004, attended a networking event in Hollywood Hills in May 2007 at which Combs was present.
At the event, the plaintiff alleged Combs asked to speak to him privately about a project he was producing, then guided the plaintiff to a back room where he offered the minor sips of his alcoholic beverage before allegedly removing his pants and performing oral sex.
The suit names Combs and the plaintiff’s former agents as defendants, accusing them of conspiring to create an “event disguised as an industry meeting in order to provide Defendant Combs with an opportunity to come into contact with minor children.”
