Nvidia and SK Hynix have signed a multi-year agreement to co-develop advanced memory chips for AI, strengthening the South Korean firm's position against competitors like Samsung.

The US Securities and Exchange Commission is likely to approve SK Hynix's American depositary receipt listing application during the week of June 22, one of the sources said.
