GCC statement says Iranian hostilities undermine dialogue, regional ties

LONDON: A Gulf Cooperation Council statement said on Wednesday that Iranian hostilities were undermining trust and closing the door to dialogue. The statement stressed that “aggression does not build relations or serve any understanding or rapprochement.” The statement added that Iran’s continued aggressive approach would only lead to further isolation, warning that such policies weaken regional stability.
