North Sea dog rescue: A German Shepherd named Bruce was dramatically rescued after drifting on an inflatable kayak in the North Sea off Northumberland. Tour boat crew members spotted the dog and, after a tense moment where he slipped back into the water, managed to bring him safely aboard. Bruce was then reunited with his emotional owners.
