Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov has said that disagreements over the Italian-design proposal are currently holding up progress on the planned construction of a temporary field camp in the Kabile military area near Yambol, according to a written response to a parliamentary question, BGNES reported. He stressed that, despite earlier political and legal steps, no procurement procedure for design and construction has yet been launched and there is no physical implementation on the ground.
