Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi Sworn in as Acting Constitutional Court Justice

Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi has been sworn in as Acting Justice of the Constitutional Court by Deputy Chief Justice Dunstan Mlambo. His six-month term runs from 1 June to 30 November 2026.
