Democratic Representative Dina Titus pressed US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Iran’s military capabilities, noting that despite claims by President Donald Trump and other officials that Iran’s military had been severely weakened, ships were still coming under attack in the Strait of Hormuz.

The top US diplomat said there is no guarantee a deal would be "acceptable to the American people."
