In Kenya, the High Court has extended the suspension order against the implementation of a controversial agreement between Kenya and the United States that includes plans for an Ebola quarantine facility for Americans suspected of being infected with the virus. This comes amid protests over said centre, during which two people have died. The court has also prohibited the transfer of patients from third countries to Kenya.
