At least 22 people are known to have been killed and more than 100 others injured after Russia launched one of its biggest missile and drone attacks since the start of the full-scale war in February 2022.

The latest attacks come days after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned that Russia was preparing a "massive new strike" on the country.

A large-scale overnight Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv killed at least four people and injured dozens, including children, Ukrainian officials said.
