HURIWA urges Wike to enforce ban on roaming cattle in Abuja

The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, HURIWA, has called on the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, to strengthen enforcement of environmental and traffic regulations in Abuja, particularly against cattle roaming on major roads and public spaces within the city.
