Phil Crow, 68, lost his life as he bravely entered the water to try and rescue Sia Briskham after a sudden change in the tide on Bank Holiday Monday.

Phil Crow, 68, lived in the resort town where he died on Monday afternoon while the beach was particularly busy because of the heatwave and a public holiday.
