After Russia issued a warning to foreign diplomats, telling them to leave the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha has urged the Western partners not to yield to ‘Russian threats’.

The ministry advised Kyiv residents to avoid military and administrative infrastructure and urged foreign citizens to leave the city “as soon as possible.”

Russia said Monday it plans to launch more strikes on Kyiv, including on its "decision-making centres", and repeated a call for foreign citizens and diplomats to leave the city.
