NEW DELHI: Parts of Delhi are likely to see the temperature touch 46 degree celcius on Wednesday, but relief may follow soon, with rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds expected from Thursday under the influence of a western disturbance.

Delhi braces for a scorching day with heatwave conditions persisting, though brief relief is expected by evening with chances of dust storms, light rain, and strong winds.

The weather office said stations at Ayanagar, Ridge and Lodhi Road missed the official heatwave criteria by 0.2 degree, 0.4 degree and 0.7 degree Celsius. | India News
