EFCC Secures Interim Forfeiture Of Lounge, Bungalow In Ado-Ekiti Over Alleged N1.98Billion Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has secured an interim forfeiture order on a lounge and a four-bedroom bungalow located in Ado-Ekiti, following allegations of fraud involving nearly N2 billion. The interim forfeiture was granted by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court sitting in Ilorin after the court held that the anti-graft agency had met all the legal conditions required for the order.
