NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has said he heard "a lot of encouraging comments" from allies on support for Ukraine during a ministerial meeting of Alliance countries.

"(I)t would be fairer if within NATO, and particularly the European part of NATO, we could see other Allies also stepping up," NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said.
