Talent selection is legibility. Ashito's overhead vision — like the field knowledge Scott calls Metis — slips through the grid. The discovering eye runs on un-verbalizable intuition, and that intuition isn't neutral (Bourdieu). If you aren't seen, make them see. And observation itself is legibility — which is why EIS keeps tuning so its signals stay close to the field.
